Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a pattern has been downloaded. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital files are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Support

  • If you experience a technical issue with your download (broken file, missing pages, etc.), please contact us at krissysews@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • We will provide a replacement file or support to resolve the issue.

Delivery

  • All patterns are delivered digitally via email or through Shopify’s digital download system immediately after purchase.

  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
